Summer is around the corner and temperatures will be rising soon therefote it's important to stay hydrated and water is the healthiest way to do so. Though drinking only plain water can become boring, but adding fresh fruits and vegetables can definitely make drinking water a more delightful experience as well healthier choice. Not only it hydrates your body but it also helps one maintain healthier skin and prevent one from gaining those extra pounds. We've chosen a few of our favorite falvored water drinks which we'd love to share with our readers.
Strawberry - Basil Water
- 1 pint of strawberries (Sliced)
- 7 Basil leaves
- 1/2 lemon sliced
- 2 quarts of Water
In a large pitcher combine the sliced strawberries, basil leaves and sliced lemon and then add 2 quarts of water and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
Blackberry Lemon Water
- 1 pint of blackberries
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 quarts of water
In a large pitcher combine the blackberries, and sliced lemon and then add 2 quarts of water and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
Peach and Mint Water
- 2 peaches (sliced)
- 2 mint leave stem
- 2 quarts of water
In a large pitcher combine the peaches, and mint and then add 2 quarts of water and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
